Yearbooks will be on sale until May 1st for only $50. Ø There are still some 2009 yearbooks (and some other past years) for sale for $55.

Due to
publishing company deadlines, if a picture is not submitted by February
12, 2010 it may not
appear in the 2010
edition of the Buckeye.
Ø
MUST be
a vertical pose. Should be a
close up photo to ensure that the face is clearly visible.
Ø
Make
sure the picture is CLEARLY LABELED with how you would like your name or
your son/daughter's name printed in the yearbook. Ø
We can
accept printed photos to scan. Or,
we are also willing to accept a photo in digital format (.jpg or .tiff)
with high resolution. Please

Baby/Memory Ads & Parent Wish Messages Deadline:
February
12, 2010. Ø
Seniors’
parents & friends can place full color “Memory Ads” in the
yearbook to honor their favorite senior forever! Prices are as follows:
$10
for a message with 35
words or less and no picture
$25
for a 1/8
page ad; with a limit of 1 picture
$50
for a quarter page ad
$75
for a half page ad
$100
for a full page ad

Send in
your message, pictures, and money by the deadline.

You can
create your own layout or you can have us create it for you.
The more details you give us as to how you would like the page
created, the better. Some
parents have given us several pictures with a note to create a layout
with… Others have bought an entire page for a student and have added
different pictures and notes from several different family members …
There are many different things we can do- you just buy the space and
let us know what you want. We
can accept many formats, including .PDF.
Just keep in mind that if pictures are in digital format- make
sure they are .jpg/.tiff format and are high resolution (300
ppi).
Once again, don’t be afraid to email me or call me with
questions. J Do
you have other pictures of games, events, etc. that you think would be
nice in the yearbook? If so,
feel free to send them to us! We
would love to use them so that we can truly create a community book!
While it will be to our discretion of what we would use or not,
most often we try to use what we have been given! Also
Important: Please note that we cannot be held
responsible for lost pictures and we request that you only send pictures
that you have a back up copy of. And,
while we typically do not return pictures, if you would really like to
have your pictures returned, please send a self addressed, properly
stamped envelope with the picture(s) and a note requesting to have the
picture(s) back. AND: To
avoid confusion- Please send in senior pictures apart from the senior ad
pictures- If you wish to have the same senior picture featured on the
senior people pages AND the ad pages, then please send in two separate
copies of that picture. The more you label the better!
